Go Budgeting received a coveted Outstanding Achievement Award in the 2013
MoneySmart Week Awards.
We hope with this award we can continue to expand the project and offer more
great financial literacy resources to schools across Australia.

Excellence in Education Award |
Duval High School was awarded an “Excellence in Education Award” by the NSW
Department of Education and Communities New England Region.
This award was granted for excellence in innovation as demonstrated by the
development of the Go Budgeting
website.
This award was given to schools which foster a climate of innovation amongst
schools, students and staff. The award was presented at the New England Region's
excellence in Education awards at Gunnedah High School.

NSW Director General's School Achievement Award |

On the 2nd September 2013 the NSW Director General of Education Michele Bruniges
announced that Duval High School had been awarded a highly prestigious
Director-General’s School Achievement Award for the development of the
interactive website Go Budgeting.
This was only one of 16 school achievement awards that were awarded in 2013. The
award was presented to the school at an assembly in November 2013. It is a great
honour for Go Budgeting to be
recognised by this award.
